Lawn Success Takes a Group Effort

At KingGREEN, we pride ourselves in being able to deliver top-notch lawn care throughout the region. But our treatments alone are only part of what is needed for a healthy lawn. Turf that really stands out is the product of human attention plus nature's cooperation. Since we cannot control the weather, we humans must work together as best we can. While KingGREEN will make sure that your lawn gets the food it needs and is resistant to pests, you as the homeowner are your lawn's primary caretaker. Your primary concern, especially in the summer, is that your lawn receive enough water. Even the most extensive lawn care program can be worthless if a lawn does not receive enough water. Be sure to water your lawn based on recent amounts of rainfall. It is also important to make regular inspections of your lawn to check for turf damage from pests or disease. Both pests and diseases can pop up where water is not properly draining. After heavy rains, check to be sure that water is not pooling in specific areas of your lawn.Great lawns do not magically appear. While our treatments are a key piece of the puzzle, turf care is ultimately a team effort. If you would like a better idea of what you can do and what you should look for, please let us know. Together, we can make your lawn happier and healthier than ever!
