Aeration Segment

Core aeration is something that every lawn needs whether you have Fescue, Bermuda or Zoysia. Your lawn will benefit in many ways when you have it aerated at the right time of year. Aeration will decompact the soil and allow water, oxygen and nutrients to get into your soil. Spring is the best time for a Bermuda or Zoysia lawn. Fescue lawns need to be aerated in the fall. When also applying seed and fertilizer, aeration will provide better seed to soil contact and replenish the density of your turf.
