King GREEN is dedicated to providing the finest service available to your home, lawn and landscape. Founder Charlie King has been in the turf grass industry for over 29 years and has had continued success in operating, maintain, and expanding King GREEN. He founded King GREEN in 1987 with the help of his wife, Barbara and late father Alfred King. It originally started in the basement of his home, and grew from there. They opened the first branch in Norcross, GA in 1990, and later extended their operations to Gainesville and Athens, GA. In 2002, Charlie ventured into the pest control industry and founded King GREEN, IPM. The newest King GREEN branch in Charlotte, NC started in 2005 and is thriving.

Charlie is very involved in the Green Industry, and is a prominent leader among its members. Not only is he a licensed pesticide applicator through the Georgia Department of Agriculture, but he is also an active member of PLANET, MALTA, and GTA. King GREEN has a reputation for employee loyalty and reliability. Many of King GREEN’s employees have been with the company for 10 years or more.
